OUR LEADERSHIP
Andrew Yuhr
Andrew is a Principal and Co-Founder of Cathedral Land Solutions where he leads a diverse team of individuals to meet our client needs and expectations. Andrew has over 20 years of management experience within the Energy Sector with a focus on land and Right-of-Way acquisition. He has supported major projects in the Renewable, Electric Transmission and Oil & Gas sectors. Most recently, Andrew served as a Senior Consultant for Environmental Resources Management (ERM) supporting Pipeline and Electric Transmission projects within their North American business unit. Prior to joining ERM Andrew served as Director of Electric Transmission for Contract Land Staff where he managed over 1,000 miles of right-of-way acquisition for electric transmission. He also oversaw the acquisition of over 5,000 acres for multiple renewable clients developing solar projects across the country. During his tenure at NextEra Energy, Andrew led a team that was responsible for supporting over 1,000 mW of wind energy production within North America.
Joshua Dean
Joshua is a Principal and Co-Founder of Cathedral Land Solutions where he leads a dynamic team of individuals to meet the clients needs and expectations. Joshua brings over 25 years of management experience with 18 of that being in the Renewable and Electric Transmission arenas. Most recently, Joshua served as a Right-of-Way project manager for AEP Transmission where he led the ROW efforts on over 300 plus miles of new acquisition and rebuild projects. Prior to joining AEP Joshua served as Land Services Supervisor for NextEra Energy Resources where he led a team of agents acquiring lease options for numerous wind and solar projects across the United States. Joshua also has extensive experience in ROW construction and maintenance. Joshua holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from University of Texas at the Permian Basin.
Mike McBride
Mike is a Principal and Co-Founder of Cathedral Land Solutions where he leads all financial, tax, HR and accounting activities.
Mike brings over 25 years of experience managing startups and closely held businesses. Most recently, Mike was the Chief Financial Officer and Partner of Confluence Companies, a Denver real estate developer, construction company and property manager. Mike graduated with honors from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX with a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting. Mike is a Certified Public Accountant.
